Jessica Stevenson

Jessica Stevenson is the Principal Broker of Sopris Realty LLC. With a demonstrated history of working specifically with investors in the multi-family and commercial space, Jess is a trusted advisor and connector. Over the last four years, she has transacted well over $100 million in real estate transactions in New Hampshire alone. A graduate of University of Massachusetts - Lowell, Jess earned her Masters Degree in Criminal Justice, and spent nearly 15 years in the criminal justice field before diving into the world of real estate. A multifamily and commercial real estate investor herself, Jess actively participates in meetings for the New Hampshire Real Estate Investors Association (NHREIA) and recently founded a networking group specifically for Women Entrepreneurs in Southern New Hampshire.
