Residential (single family or multifamily) investors who are looking for a Property Manager to protect & manage their assets while growing their real estate portfolio. I am always looking for great residential properties for myself and for my clients! I am a licensed real estate agent with River Cliff Realty. I specialize in working with investors to buy/sell/rent/invest in the Denver area housing market. I also own a boutique residential Property Management company. My husband and I own/manage our own long term rental properties in Denver + surrounding areas. We are looking to expand our residential real estate holdings with the possibility of expanding into short term rentals, development, and flips. Experience: I've been investing in residential real estate with my husband since our first house hack in 2014.
