Jessica S.

I'm from Anchorage, Alaska originally. I started my professional career in real estate as an assistant to two real estate attorney CEOs at a escrow/title company at age 16. My job then was draft legal documents and deeds and perform property research. I went on to obtain my Bachelors and Masters in Business. For the last 11 years, I have been focused on commercial real estate and construction project management. I have successfully managed and negotiated several millions contract value worth of real estate on commercial office deals. I'm looking to expand residential real estate portfolio and grow my construction business. Currently focused on new construction development in the Seattle/Bellevue area and managing my rentals in my hometown, Anchorage.
