Hi Everyone, I am a "newby" at real estate investing. I've been listening to several podcast and channels for a year now trying to absorb all the knowledge I need to get started. I feel like I am in a comfortable spot to begin my journey in the NE Oklahoma market. I currently own a property that has a main house and a garage apartment which I do short term rentals out of through Airbnb. Currently, I am studying to get my real estate license.
