Jessie Kersh Hunt

Real estate firm owner, real estate agent/consultant, investor, and Arkansas native. Real estate in Northwest Arkansas was supposed to be a side hustle in 2017 and it sucked me in REALLY fast. Originally, I began in the non profit sector, often negotiating and engaging with sponsors on behalf of fantastic causes, primarily- equine assisted activities for youth at risk. In 2015, I cofounded and developed a 501c 3 non profit, Courage Therapeutic Riding Center in Northwest Arkansas. My experience in the non profit sector as an advocate, fundraiser, and facilitator makes negotiations one of my strongest skills. After a few years running an investor friendly team of agents, we decided to start the firm. Our personal investment portfolio continues to grow and we hope to get our hands on more unique properties. We’ve been successful rehabbing single family homes, and plan to do more. Collaboration is a powerful thing. I enjoy engaging with and bringing people together to create opportunity. I'm a fast paced, creative thinker, and I work best with positive, goal oriented people.
