I have most recently been trained in the Surplus Mortgage Funds Recovery field to help homeowners who lost their homes to foreclosure recover the excess funds. This project hasn't been fruitful yet and honestly, I'm not a good fit for it so I'm gonna try another way to stay in real estate. I also have some experience in short sales and probate. My current strengths are administrative, pre-screen leads, photos, videos, follow ups, run basic comps. These are necessary skills to help an already busy investor focus on what they do best and in this partnership, he/she would teach me how to become an investor. I'm hoping to partner with a local (Kansas City metro area) investor so I can shadow them. If I can help an investor with "boots on the ground", please reach out! I've enjoyed being my own boss all these years and working to build a successful real estate business would be my dream! I'm very resourceful in finding information and solutions. In addition, I really enjoy looking at homes, estimating the value, photographing them inside and out, decorating/staging and learning about all aspects of the industry.
