My most recent efforts in real estate have been working with a partner in the Surplus Mortgage Funds Recovery field to help foreclosed homeowners recover their entitled excess funds. I'm not a good fit for that but I love real estate so I'm learning the "property scouting" side of real estate now. I'm earnestly pursuing this kind of business. I have One investor now and we're getting to know each other while I search for properties that fit his criteria which is local only so far. My strengths have been administrative, heavy internet research, finding legal property records & titles, generating leads, taking photos and organizing my work .
