I've been wholesaling now for going on a year. I've been investing for going on 2 years. I currently own 7 units and growing. My goals have been changing quite a bit, but I would like to own 100 units in the next 10 years. Mostly utilizing the brrrr strategy purchasing off market properties at deep discounts and wholesaling to provide income. Just completed my first flip, 2nd renovation with the third renovation on a 4 plex recently acquired.
