I am born and raised in The Bronx, NY with 24 years of age and I am currently working an 8-5 as an OSP Engineer. Work is not bad, I have the option to work in the office and/or in the field which is a plus, however, I am not the owner of my time. I know it is very common, but, the book that completely motivated me to take action mentally has been Rich Dad Poor Dad. I always knew I needed to make investments to make more money, I just never took action. I am now pumped to make my first deal, most likely will life hack through an FHA or 203K loan. I do plan on making more cash by getting into wholesaling as well, all while working my 8-5 in order to get into flipping and 12+ MDUs once I gain the experience. I would like to quit my job after I am able to exit the rat race by 1.5X. Currently learning as much as I can in order to make multiples deals in a month. Will definitely enjoy the process.
