I got into Real Estate Investment as a way to build wealth, and gain financial freedom in 2017 (attained in 2019!). I have since done small MultiFamily property Buy & Holds in Indianapolis, Fix & Flips across multiple states, Private Money Lending, and investing into Equity based Cashflow producing syndications across 5 states! The asset classes included are: mid to large MultiFamily, Commercial, Office, Cannabis Extraction Facility, & Self Storage. I am now blessed enough to say that I left my day job of 8+ years in May 2019! I have now partnered with Fair Winds Capital Investments to acquire, manage and operate larger multifamily assets in the South East region and targeting more all the time. All that said, I am eager to learn from this amazing forum, and continue to leverage these resources to get farther than I could have ever imagined in such a short time!
