Hi! My husband and I are new to real estate investing, having just purchased our first duplex that we're "house hacking" right now. We live in the tiny in-law studio and rent out the 3bed/2bath unit. My husband is in the military so we have to move every 2-5 years which gives us an opportunity to see different markets and build the number of units we have slowly over time. I'm also thinking about getting my real estate agent license on the side to have more control in the deal search process. Looking forward to learning from you all and contributing as we learn more!
