My wife and I are looking toward buy and hold rental properties as a means to rebuild our retirements . Between us , we have five adult children and three grandchildren ( so far ) . I have owned my own business , in an unrelated field , for over twenty years . My wife has begun working with me in that business and we make a pretty good team . Now we want to work in the area of real estate investing together.
