About myself
I am in the North Dallas, TX area. I am looking to create passive income via buying and leasing properties. I am also interested in fixing/flipping properties. I would be interested in forming a group of newer investers to pool funds on the first 4-5 properties and learn from each other. I was in the mortgage business for over 8 years and recently completed my MBA with a finance concentration at SMU and plan to go into commercial real estate. I also decided I want to create my own wealth and eventually be my own boss. I know real estate investing can provide that.
