About myself
Recovering government bureaucrat and MBA. I bought my first house with my first office job out of college and house hacked it. When it came time to move to another town for work, I turned it into a rental. That gave me the real estate investing bug! I enjoy indie rock music, my morning desk routine, planning for my future hobby in general aviation, fundamental business practices, and oxford commas.
