Jeremiah Maughan

Originally from Washington DC, but started a property management company while finishing graduate school in Information Systems Management. I've been managing rentals for 17 years and run an office of 40 agents, managers, and staff covering the southern half of the Wasatch Front with a few outlying counties. Experience: Seventeen years in the industry. I'm the president of Vision Real Estate, a real estate management, sales, and development company that covers Utah County and Salt Lake County. Our property managers, staff, and maintenance department serve over 1200 leases and about 900 HOA units. I own town houses, SFHs, land, apartments, and interests in REITs. I sit on the boards of the Utah Apartment Association, the Utah Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and on the Industry Advisory Council for BYU's Facility and Property Management program. Real Estate Goals: There's always something to learn. I'm looking to expand and diversify my real estate holdings. I'm working to bring the knowledge and best practices of institutional investors to the small investor. Currently Seeking: Seeking clients interested in owning property in the counties we serve. I also would like to meet people who work for larger institutional investors (as property managers, acquisition specialists, fund managers, etc) who wouldn't mind sharing their insights with us little guys.
