I’m an aspiring real estate investor living in San Diego, CA. I am a Mechanical Engineer and my wife is a Physician Assistant. We love what we do, but after reading Brandon Turner’s Rental Property Investing book and David Greene’s Long Distance Real Estate Investing, we’re committed to reaching financial independence through REI and having more time to spend with family and friends. I’m currently researching OOS markets for buy and hold rental properties and hoping to connect with you all soon!
