Jill Rhodes

I'm based in York, SC, just outside of Charlotte, NC and Rock Hill, SC. I'm a single mom with an education in Finance and over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically Management Liability Sales and Underwriting. I'm currently generating rental income through a furnished mid-term rental in the lower level of my home and a travel trailer I rent through RVshare. I'm also exploring short-term rentals and working toward purchasing my first standalone investment property. My long-term goal is to build a real estate portfolio that creates financial freedom, passive income, and more flexibility to enjoy life with my son. I'm particularly interested in long-term, mid-term and vacation rentals, and opportunities in markets I enjoy visiting, especially beach destinations.
