Landlord of 2br, 1000 sf house by night and a licensed architect by day. I moved out of my house I lived in for 5 years and now its my rental property. By day, I am an architect at a large international firm. I am licensed in several states. Currently my work focuses on K-12 and Commercial projects. My past work focused on Industrial type projects like Water or Wastewater Treatment Plants. I have done projects for the Dept of Defense at many Air Force Bases around the country. The National Park Service is another client, with numerous projects around different parts of the country. Typically these projects are seasonal housing.
