I'm a real estate investor in Louisville, Kentucky. I own a very successful restaurant here that I have begun divert cash flow from the restaurant into real estate in my area. I just recently purchased the building that my restaurant resides as well as the 2 adjacent properties. I am married and have 3 children and in my spare time, I love sports and am very involved in trying to keep myself fit and healthy.
