Management consultant turned real estate investor...being a managing consultant to my clients who did some of the largest REI training programs of all time, seminars, internet, coaching, etc....after years of seeing mostly people with no money come through the programs and only want No Money Down information...I tired of it. Since I find the easiest way to invest in RE is "with money"...either yours or "Partners" I decided to investigate and find as many creative ways to invest with money (and partners). Now, I flip and wholesale houses, as a licensed broker and General Contractor I also train others around the country personally. No staff coaches, No hired mentors...just me. It's a supplement to my own real estate business. Personally and with students, bought, rehabbed, flipped, rented over 2,500 properties. Hundreds of millions with clients and partners. Got beat to hell during the crash as many were...added trusts and other asset protection setups to protect against future adversity. Real Estate Goals: My real estate goal is a continuous purchasing of properties to flip and hold as cash flow properties. My kids have college goals that if met, they will inherit a property that will take financial pressures off when they graduate college with honors...allowing them to work at what they like, vs taking a job for pay...For me, it's retirement income and I LOVE THE GAME. Currently Seeking: Buyers...I have many systems for acquiring properties, I can turn them on one by one to get more properties. We have enough to go around so we need to wholesale a certain percentage in order to keep the proper cash flow and profits for a growing business. We're fair and honest. We want clients coming back for more, and bringing us deals to. Our clients become friends.
