Started real estate investing as a third career in 2018 after working in Boston as a Quality Consultant to Fortune 500 corporations, then spending 23 years building and owning a successful water treatment and bottled water company in Tucson named AquaPure, which was sold to a multinational in 2017. I've gained deep experience in every facet of starting, running and selling a business. Skills I hope will be valuable in this new venture! In my two full years of REI, I've completed 6 deals including 2 short term rental condos, a SFR on which we built a guest house, a 3BR SFR townhouse, a 4-plex and a 5-plex. The last two deals came together as a result of employing the BRRRR strategy on the 4-plex then purchasing the 5-plex with the capital from refinance on the 4-plex.
