Jim Henderson

I am an investor in Salt Lake City, Utah. My grandfather had a unique way of flipping houses. Instead of improving the home, he improved the location. He and his brothers bought an abandoned town, disassembled the houses piece by piece, and put them back together in a neighborhood where people wanted to live. I don't think that business model will work for me, but I consider his story inspirational as I look for creative ways to improve a property.
