Newbie to real estate investing. I live in Santa Barbara County, and looking to connect with other newbies and seasoned pros alike to learn more, gain insight/experience (and hopefully go into my first deal in the future). I am open to learning about anything--- although BRRRR has been catching my interest recently. Outside of being a newbie to real estate investing, I am a Registered Nurse (RN), musician, surfer, mother, and Navy veteran.
