Jim Kane

My background is in design and construction of residential and light commercial projects. I also experience as a design manager and construction manager within the federal government. I feel that I should have gotten started as a REI long, long ago but now I'm finally ready. My only two real estate purchases have been for my homes. The first was in Washington state and amounted to a fix and flip that I lived in with my family for three years during the process. I was able to sell it and move to Hawaii using the proceeds to finance the move and put the money down I needed my current townhouse. I have made some improvements on the interior of this property and have gained much equity in the past eleven years here. Now I am absolutely ready to build my REI "empire" and I have a lot to bring to the table as a REI team member.
