Jim Hartmann

Married to my wonderful wife Mary for 28 years. We have two adopted children and have had many more through foster care and short term guardianship. I have worked for Cummins Inc. for the last 28 years and I am currently an engineer working on future product Diesel engines. We are actively buying and selling real estate notes and land contracts all over the United States. Our background also includes several smaller SFH's and small multifamily properties. We manage these same properties ourselves and are working to grow our portfolio.
