Journeyman to Veteran real estate investor looking to expand my business by finding new and better sources for deals as well as some reasonably priced financing. Always looking to learn more and find better ways to do things. Experience: I am a fairly experienced real estate investor. I've flipped 30+ homes including short sales, REO's, HUD Homes and private Seller homes plus moved into an REO that I purchased and renovated. I am am trying to expand my house flipping and real estate investing business. Real Estate Goals: I would like to close 2-3 flips per month with a mix of wholesaling and rehabbing while keeping 2-5 homes each year for buy and hold rentals. Currently Seeking: I am trying to grow my business by getting my own motivated seller leads versus chasing REO's and other listed properties. Also, looking for reasonably priced financing and maybe even a partner to take down larger multifamily properties.
