Own 3 SFR and 4 duplexes in Milwaukee. I owned them for between 10-30 years. Some I own with my SDIRA and some own with an LLC. Real Estate Goals: Slowly selling. Maybe one a year. Giving tenants first choice. Might buy something in a different location at some point. Currently Seeking: Been investing in Syndications. Alway looking to learn more about syndications or other real estate investments.
