I became a licensed real estate sales associate in Florida in Sept 2020. I have signed up with ReMax Titanium in Clermont Florida. I would be honored to represent other BP members with their purchases and their sales. I am also an investor. After a few years of research and decisions I finally bought my first SFR and closed on it 12/5/19. I have more than one "Why". I am doing this to create a more stable future income than playing the stock market. I know that you can lose big in real estate if you are not careful but property never has a value of ZERO. Stocks can and do reach ZERO. I am doing this to create a company which could potentially support my household and provide a future for my kids: (college, entrepreneurship if they choose, retirement for me and my wife, and more freedom) . I am amazed at all the different avenues one can take in real estate. I spent 26 years in the automotive world before transferring into the medical field in 2016. The automotive hours were brutal. Pay began to decline over the years across the board but the hours never changed. Most dealers run a very lean staff and place a heavy load on each position. I was successful but I no longer want to place that kind of effort to help someone maintain their millionaire lifestyle. I would rather those efforts benefit my family.
