Hi my name is Jimmy. I'm 27, currently working full time as Research & Development for German automotive brand and do travel all over Northern America for work. Purchased my first real estate when I was 18yrs (land) but didn't dipped my feet in the water until 24yrs when I purchased my first SFR. My first real estate was a vacant land which I bought when I was in high school using my credit card w/ no interest for 12months on Ebay LOL. 2015: After working for a couple years I was able to buy my first SFR house in Modesto and now rented it out. Very good cashflow + additional $200/ month for pets fee :))) 2016: Bought a fourplex in Modesto and have been extremely happy with the purchased. 2017: Just bought a SFR in Stockton, CA @ 70% under market value through MLS. Cash cow!!!! Yes, there are properties in CA that cash flow just like this one. Just need to look hard and see the potentials that other can't! Now: I'm actively seeking to buy more properties.
