I am a green real estate developer in San Diego. I have worked on sustainable real estate development projects throughout North America. I’m a developer, speaker and author and have been featured on NBC, Fox, SmartMoney.com, BloomBerg Radio, ESPN Radio, San Diego Insider TV, etc. I’ve also written for Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine, EcoHome, San Diego Business Journal, RIS Media, BiggerPockets.com, etc. I am a Certified Green Building Professional, EcoBroker and Real Estate Broker. I am also the co-author of the “Go Green, Bank Green” study published by Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine. My current project is 314 Beach Lofts (314BeachLofts.com), a 10-unit luxury green mixed-use development in Oceanside, CA, 2 blocks from the beach. On a personal level I’m a father, husband and fish taco lover. I love football, the Red Hot Chili Peppers and all Boston sports teams (please don’t hold that against me).
