With over 35 years of investing experience I founded SLAM Fund Holdings. We specialize in investments of high profit land entitlement and development as well as passive income investments in Storage, Apartments and Mobile Home Parks. We manage real estate investments for several family trusts as well as for other accredited investors with like minded investment goals. I have also been a real estate broker in FL, GA & NC for almost 20 years as the broker/owner of TKC Platinum Properties. I am also the project manager for our construction investment and mobile home development company.
