Rental Property Investor
Hello! I am Director of Sales for a transportation company in addition to being an inactive realtor. I have a small real estate company in Idaho which I started in 2019. Hit a home run on the only property I own so far, which is a 4-plex. I love real estate and love learning. This is the best website. I can spend hours reading and conversing. I am interested in “buy and hold” strategy but would also be interested in a fix and flip. I live in California, but only invest out of state. Strictly multi-unit investor. SFR fix and flip only.
