We got started when our first daughter went to college (Univ. of South Carolina) and we bought a 3 bedroom rental house in Columbia as a way to cut/eliminate the cost of paying rent for her. When our 2nd daughter got into KSU we bought a townhouse in Kennesaw for the same reason. Now that we're landlords and understand the potential we're diving in. And BP seems like the right place to do it! So far we're up to three rentals and we've completed our first flip.
