I flipped a few houses about 18 years ago, learned a lot, didn't make a lot. I just got involved again. Bought my first rental property in June 2017, now collecting rent. I'm building my portfolio as a landlord. I am buy and hold. Read a lot of books, seminars, etc. Working through the Bigger pockets podcasts. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to have at least 12 rentals with no financing so I can get out of my job. Then build on that. I plan to do that buy buying, rehabbing and renting. Then I will pull money out of the houses with loans one by one to build up to at least 25 rentals. Then maybe some mid sized mutiplexes, 10 - 40 doors. I am currently buying distressed properties with cash. Currently Seeking: SFHs in the Akron area that I can buy with cash, rehab and rent.
