I've successfully completed about 20 flip/brrrrs in the last 9 years. We've sold off some of our rental properties with the market being so strong and have just recently put a flip under contract in Phoenix, where both my kids live now. Excited to try my skills in a new market since it's almost impossible to find anything here in VT.
