My husband and I have been investing in real estate since late 2014. We have 6 rental properties in Kennesaw/Acworth and 2 in Memphis. Our goal is a total of 20. We are also looking to do 2-3 flips in the next 12 months. In August 2017 I left my full time job and partnered with a couple of other investors to form a wholesaling business. Experience: I currently have 8 rental properties and I'm always on the hunt for the next one. I've also partnered with other investors on a handful of deals as a private lender. Left my full time job in Software Development in August 2017 to go in to real estate full time and have just partnered with 2 other investors to form a wholesaling business, targeting deals in Paulding, Bartow, Cherokee and Cobb Counties in Georgia. Real Estate Goals: - Continue to build my buy and hold portfolio to 20 properties - Complete 2-3 fix and flips in the next 12 months - Grow my wholesaling business to a volume of 8-10 deals per month in the next 12 months through a variety of strategies.
