Jake Leicht

My name is Jake Leicht and I am a real estate investor. I do quite a bit of work in the SFR arena with flips, rentals, wholesaling, lease options, owner financing, and creating turn-key solutions for buy-and-hold investors. The strategy is typically dependent on the location of the project. I am also a real estate mentor, coach, and speaker who LOVES the education side of this business. On a personal note, I really enjoy that there are so many strategies, opinions, and tactics in this business that often differ from person to person. It's fascinating!
