I purchased my first brownstones in Brooklyn 1999 which was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. In between then and now I've purchased 18 more properties and live a comfortable lifestyle. Now I'm branching out into other states. I work for a communication company but I'm retiring early on 9/15/21 and I'm working on my exit strategy buying rental properties and living somewhere warm.
