I'm a real estate agent with Keller Williams Intown Atlanta and own and operate a lovely furnished single family residence in Hapeville as a mid-term rental. I primarily work with buyers and sellers in all the "in town" Atlanta neighborhoods and occasionally list midterm rental properties to market to film industry renters who are filming in Atlanta. My 25 years of experience in film production makes me uniquely qualified to identify investment properties that will work as furnished rentals for film clientele and to find crew members in my personal sphere who would be a good match as renters. My next move is to purchase a buy and hold rental property in a lower cost of living market by the end of 2024.
