Hey folks, I'm JP and I live in Knoxville, TN. I enjoy spending quality time with my two little boys and love everything that east Tennessee has to offer. I like boating on our lakes & rivers, hiking in our mountains, and (my favorite) exploring the many caves we have around here. I've been a part-time, mostly passive investor for years while I focused on non-real estate pursuits. Now I'm re-directing my energy back into REI and I am looking to network with other investors to discuss opportunities and strategies in the Knoxville area. I own several single family rentals and have done several successful flips. I prefer to buy foreclosures and distressed properties where I can build sweat equity and experience the pride of turning something run-down into something nice. Currently interested in SFRs to BRRR or flip and small multi-family projects. Proficient at property research and hands-on rehab. Ultimate goal is to generate passive/residual income so that I can provide a better life and future security for my kids.
