I am new to RE investing but look forward to buying small multi-family rentals with 2-20 units to buy and hold for the long term, with a focus on generating cash flow. I am one year from completing law school so hopefully I can bring tax and legal expertise to the table. I am interested in investing along the I-135 corridor from Salina to Wichita. I am looking to make my first multi-family purchase in the next 6-12 months.
