I am a Outer Banks Realtor and Investor living in the Southern Shores, North Carolina on the Outer Banks. My family has always been in real estate so it came natural to me to continue on this path and create my own OBX real estate team with my wife. I have since bought and sold numerous OBX STR rentals of my own and helped numerous clients with purchasing and selling their Outer Banks Investments. We currently live in a house with a short term rental ADU behind it, and I own two additional short term rentals in the Outer Banks and three in the mountains of Western North Carolina. My wife is an interior designer and realtor as well. I work primarily with investors seeking short term rental investments around the Outer Banks and also consult with potential investors for investment purchases around the country. I love connecting with other creative thinking individuals who have an eye for home design (both interior and architecturally) who want to create unique homes and experiences.
