I bought my first home right out of college, and due to an unexpected career move, ended up making it my first investment property. I'd always had a dream of getting into this world, but hadn't taken the steps. I have now decided I've waited quite long enough, and am educating myself so that I can get started in earnest. I hope to reach a level of performance that any other work I do is for enjoyment! My near term plan is to build up a portfolio with income properties aiming for solid cash flow. The long term is achieving financial freedom with enough cash flow from my rental portfolio, and I'd like to do so within 10 years (or fewer!)
