About myself
I'm a military veteran, Retired Air Force, but I did my first 2 enlistments in the USMC. REI is my new career and I have learned a few things in IT as well. I mainly have experience with SFH custom builds and SFH rentals. Since 2012 I have shifted focus to small apartment development for affordable living. Places of interest, Chicago, Sacramento, Orlando, San Antonio, Houston, OKC, Raleigh, and Richmond. Any other place is fair game if the situation is right. Experience: 2 New Constructions, 2 rental homes, bird-dog, scouted out and negotiated a 2 multi-million dollar deals,....a development deal and a distressed condo conversion Real Estate Goals: Small Apt (30 - 60) units Investing for 5 years, Long term goal: enter into 1-2 major deals (150+ units) and finally (1) Hotel for retirement. Currently Seeking: Small apartment wholesale and/or rehabs 8-30 units
