I'm a realtor, lender, host of the Austin Real Estate Investing podcast and also invest in mobile home parks. I love househacking and helping others do the same! Experience: I started househacking a duplex in Northeast Minneapolis in 2016 and bought a six plex while living there. My first househack in East Austin was a SFH w/ADU, I bought in 2018 for $260,000 and sold in 2020 for $430,000. I now own 28 units in Louisville, 5 mobile home parks, two duplexes and a single family in Austin, TX. I am also invested in 6 multifamily syndications in Florida, Kentucky, Texas and Tennessee. A partner and I have a home buying company in Louisville where we buy and hold properties. Real Estate Goals: $300k passive by 2030. I'm always open to new opportunities and talking about investing!
