Michael Perry

I started out doing renovations on our personal properties and then my wife and I did our first flip in Houston, TX in early 2000's. We took a break from real estate for about 10 years due to medical issues with our youngest daughter. Since 2017, we have flipped a couple of properties and last year we purchased 4 townhomes - one is a long-term rental and the other 3 are short-term (AirBnB) rentals. We are actively looking for our next deal and hope to purchase another 4-5 properties this year but we are being patient until the right deals come along.
