I'm a recent Finance graduate from Tennessee Tech, based in Nashville, working on breaking into commercial real estate acquisitions. I actually got my start in wholesaling, but pivoted to underwriting once I realized that's the part of CRE I find most interesting, figuring out what actually makes a deal work, how it's structured, and where the risk really sits. I'm here to connect with people further along in this space, investors, brokers, analysts, and learn how you think about markets, sourcing, and deal structure.
