I am relatively new to real estate and I am looking to build out a buy and hold and possibly a STR portfolio that will help me and my family reach financial freedom. I currently have a W-2 job so real estate is part time for me at this point. I am trying to learn as much as I can. I am interested in buy and hold of SFH / Small MF in addition Apartment syndication deals.
