Hi all, My husband and I have several rental properties (a mix of condo, townhome, SFH, and MFH) along the coastlines. We'd love to continue to expand our rental portfolio while having a day job. At the moment, our strategy is to buy and hold, but we are here to learn more about everything in REI. Would love to meet other investors and expand our networks!
