My husband and I have been investing for about six years now. Turned my first primary residence into a great rental, then fixed it up and sold it for a good profit. That was when I really got hooked. We moved up to North Idaho, and started investing in the Coeur D'Alene area. I got my real estate license both to save us on fees and get more exposure to the market by helping buyers and sellers here. We have since done four flips, bought and sold numerous rentals, bought a commercial property, attempted to develop an rv park, then liquidated it all and moved to Texas!
