My husband and I have lived in Alaska since 2006. We have 4 children and have been buying properties since 2011. My husband works for Fairbanks memorial hospital and I volunteer at the schools in North Pole helping children learn to read. We currently own a 40,000sq foot commerical building and several single family homes and duplexes. Experience: We own the Lathrop Building in downtown Fairbanks where channel 2 news and the Fudge pot are located. We also own several other homes and a duplex. Real Estate Goals: We are hoping to buy a multifamily unit ranging from 100-130 units. Currently Seeking: We are currently looking for a multifamily unit ranging from 20-30 units.
